This symbol combines the Cuneiform (the first written language) character for Creator/Creation/God/Goddess/Heaven/Sky with the Alchemy symbol for Silver (prosperity/good fortune). 
This talisman can be interpreted differently depending on the person who is wearing it. 
Some examples might include:
-An Artist or Creator prospering emotionally or financially by being creative. 
-Prospering through all of Creation (Nature). 
-Finding prosperity through your Creator/God/Goddess.
-A person finding inspiration in the idea that we are all made of elements that were created when stars explode. We have literally prospered through the creation of the stars/heavens.
