This necklace is made from a New Zealand coin with a Tuatara, an endangered, lizard-like reptile, on the back.

Lugh was a Celtic god who belonged to a supernatural race known as the Tuatha Dé Danann. Lugh, whose name means 'light' and 'brightness', was the god of justice while contradictorily also considered to be trickster or mischievous god.
